About Pre-payment

Inium customers with accounts in good standing (no past due balance and no pending Privacy Statement actions) are elligible for discounts when choosing to prepay for six or 12 months of their hosting charges.

Paper Invoices
Inium clients receiving paper invoices with accounts in good standing will periodically receive an offer for prepayment discounts. You may request prepayment at any time by making the following calculation, and remiting the apppropriate payment to Inium:

Take your current hosting charge per month (before any other discounts)
Multiply it by the percentage discount effective for the period you are prepaying (six months 5%; 12 months 8%)
The result is your discount in dollars.

When you are ready to send in your payment, make sure you have completed the following steps:
Include a copy of your paper invoice.
Indicate which prepayment period you have selected.
Re-calculate your invoice accordingly.
For Example, a client currently enrolled in the I-Plan, our basic hosting package, is charged $14.50 per month in hosting charges. To take advantage of a six month prepayment plan, multiply $14.50 by 5%. A basic hosting customer will there fore be elligible for a total monthly discount of $0.725. On a copy of the invoice, increase the number of months of hosting to six ($87.00), deduct the prepayment discount for six months (6 x $0.725 = 4.35) and indicate the new total: $82.65. Include a check payable to Inium Inc. for the new balance, and include a copy of the adjusted invoice.
