Thank you for being a customer of Inium. This section of our web site has information about invoices and statements we send our customers.
If you are receiving paper invoices, you're in the right place to get answers to your questions. Most Inium clients are billed through an automated process where monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual payments are charged to an authorized credit card. Inium provides approved clients with paper-based invoicing.
Inium bills all clients in advance of services rendered. This means that you must pay your bill (whether paper invoice, or automated transaction posted to your authorized card) by the last day of the month before your next hosting period.
You can read information regarding the terms under which payment may be made for your hosting by reviewing our payment terms. You may be elligible for discounts if your account is in good standing and you want to pay for your hosting six or 12 months in advance. Prepayment discounts are discussed in our prepayment document.
