About Inium

Inium was founded to provide Internet hosting of exceptional value.

We offer solutions covering those with modest requirements to clients requiring

• available (24x7x365),
• stable (99.9% or better),
• secure (SSL, firewall, packet filtering, virus detection and elimination, secure facilities),
• scaleable (shared server to dedicated to customized hosting solutions including clusters),
• redundant (multiple connectivity methods and bandwidth, failover clustering),
• disaster recovery (full tape management, backup and restore), and,
• robust (redundant power, air conditioning, power conditioning, battery backup)

Our business is organized to accomplish our primary objective: hosting all of our clients Internet operations. Our primary division is Hosting, under which all hosting facilities operate. Additional divisions include Services (including our own web team responsible for our site, maintenance of all our support information and iresource), Operations (including Legal, Finance, and Human Resources), and Technical.

Hosting
We operate Internet hosting facilities of two types: private and cooperative. Both our private and cooperative facilities are designed, operated and maintained by Inium according to our corporate standards. Inium Hosting Facilities are in secure buildings, with conditioned power, air, redundant connections to the Internet, disaster recovery hardware and software, trained technicians, and battery backup units.

Private Hosting Facilities are operated by Inium and contain only Inium machines, employees and shared hosting servers (where Inium hosts our client web sites).

Inium also maintains Client Private Hosting Facilities under contract for clients who demand complete Internet solutions using only facilities under their control. CPH Facilities are unique by nature, and these solutions are built to customer specifications. Pricing on CPH Facilities can be obtained by contacting the CPH division at Inium.

Cooperative Hosting Facilities are operated by Inium and contain Inium machines, employees and shared hosting servers (where Inium hosts our client web sites), as well as the machines of our co-location clients. Co-location clients usually have access to our cooperative hosting facilities. Specific employees of our co-location clients must be cleared in advance of being granted access to our facilities, and behavior of all personnel entering our cooperative facilities is guided by the Inium Rules of Access. Physical access to individual client co-location machines in the Inium Cooperative Hosting Facilities is controlled by various devices depending on the services required by co-location clients. The minimum protection afforded co-location clients of the Inium Cooperative Hosting Facilities include locked, bolted cabinets or carts with network connections and power outlets provided inside the cabinet by Inium.

Services
Inium provides all clients with resources to help solve Internet related problems: iresource (located at http://ir.inium.com/)is our extranet of partners, resellers, solution providers and specific clients that offer products or services that may be valuable to our clients. Included in iresource is an extensive database of HTML, cold fusion, active server page, programming, database, and other Internet related providers. Inium does not warrant the work of these third party providers, and, with the exception of introducing clients to providers, has no role in the relationship that develops between provider and client. Where a division of Inium is a provider listed in iresource, the connection between the division and Inium will always be clear and prominent.

Our FAQ section is constantly growing, and can be of considerable help to the expert and novice alike. We plan to segment our FAQ into distinct sections when a given section can stand on its own merits. Included in our FAQ is a glossary, and links to other Internet resources for more information. We welcome submissions from clients, prospects and the general public, however, we reserve the right to use (or not) any information submitted to us as we see fit without compensation or credit to the individual submitting information.

Operations
Operations at Inium consists of Legal, Finance, and Human Resources. Much of the work in this division is collaborative and team oriented.

Our legal department focuses primarily on trademarks, patents and copyright law and serves an advisory role in all corporate transactions - with particular focus on reviewing mergers and acquisitions, an area of significant growth at Inium.

Finance includes our Accounting staff and professionals involved in creating the complicated instruments Inium requires as it grows (including lines-of-credit and leasing contracts). We are frequently looking for top notch finance professionals with experience in on-line business methods, accounting and long and short term financing arrangements.
